ABC Fall Harvest Festival

Each year, Alief Baptist Church, led by Pastor Donald G. Burgs, Jr.,  offers its members and the surrounding community an alternative to traditional Halloween activities.  This year's Fall Harvest Festival on October 31 was an absolute blessing to all who attended and it was a gorgeous sunny day, which worked well for the outdoor rides and games for the children.  Inside activities included a pumpkin carving contest, costume contest, cake walk and chili cook-off.  And, of course, there were lots of fun things to eat like nachos, popcorn and cotton candy.  Folks were very creative with their costumes and they were all done very well -- Drummer Boy, Hulk, Nerd, Guitar, Tinkerbell, King of Pop, Soul Sister, Pirate, Batman, Football Player, Army Soldiers, Cheerleader, Elmo, Finding Elmo, UPS Man, and many, many more!

The festival was held at the Alief Baptist Church Freedom Center in Houston and was absolutely free of charge to attendees.  If you were not there, the videos below will show you how much fun and fellowship you missed.
